My wife and I reached out to Innovative Pool Design because of a highly recommended word of mouth referral. I am so happy we did because we talked to several companies before choosing to work with Matt at Innovative Pools and we are absolutely thrilled with the result. There is so much that goes into building a pool that I didn’t know or even think about, and Matt made it so easy to navigate. We ended up with a pool and backyard oasis that we couldn’t be happier with. I mean… it’s absolutely better than I had imagined. The quality is excellent. The service was fantastic and professional. I have to give a shout out to Alan, too – I have never seen someone so expertly drive and dig with an excavator! The accuracy he dug out the pool using that excavator… it was just amazing to watch-watching Alan and his crew work was impressive- and if you are considering hiring someone to put a pool in for you, you want experienced professionals who are experts at their craft, and Innovative Pools are DEFINITELY expert professionals!
On a side note: I have a friend who works in concrete, and he gave an unprompted inspection of the quality of work, and he said without me even asking for his opinion “I have to say, as someone who inspects concrete work for a living… I’m actually very impressed with detail and the grading.” I’m paraphrasing, but he went on to point out all the little things that I didn’t even notice about the drainage system of my substantial concrete decking and retaining wall I had put in. Good work and Good people are in short supply these days, and I can’t say enough good things about how impressed I am with the quality of pool that was installed and the quality of people you’ll deal with at Innovative Pools.”

“Before I had a pool put in, I had five companies come out for quotes. My property has some admittedly challenging constraints. Several folks suggested awkward placement of kit type pools requiring moving utilities and multiple tree removals. I had about given up on the idea, but when Matt came for his initial visit, the outlook changed completely. Innovative Pool Designs is just that – innovative and able to construct a swimming pool that met my specific wants and needs. Allen and his construction crew are top notch, professional and were respectful of the property. Once it was completed, Carson and Alex have worked hard to keep the pool sparkling. Yes, IPD has experienced pandemic related product shortages and delays – just like everyone else. A call for a little patience is still needed. That said, I do not think that I could be anymore delighted with my swimming pool than I am.”

“It’s been a little over a year since Innovative Pool Designs completed our project. I am overjoyed with the quality of work done by Matt and his team. From the conception of the project, options available, and ultimately the reliability of the finished product! The OmniLogic automation is awesome! with a lot of expansion I have been able to include landscape lighting and Sonos audio to the pool area. Having a custom liner pool often amazes friends and family that it is actually a liner pool! A spill-over spa rounded out the project, and honestly, gets the most use 🙂
